Ice Karting
Ice karting is the latest craze to hit the ice! It’s fast and furious and just that little bit different. Our events offer exciting endurance racing and there is no better incentive than racing along side your colleagues, bosses or friends. This is a perfect activity for a large group of friends or a corporate day out. You will have exclusive use of the ice rink and a DJ will provide commentary.
Times & Dates
Ice karting takes place on Thursday evenings and runs from 7.00pm – 9.00pm. The event can be held at other times but the cost will vary depending on any cancellations that have to be made to our regular programme.

- Minimum of 20 People/ Maximum 40 people
- Must be 18 or older. (16+ is available if accompanied by adults)

Itinerary
- Comprehensive Safety briefing
- Participants will be split into 4 teams, each driver completing 10 laps before swapping with the next team member
- The event will then run as two 45 minute sessions with a break to resurface the ice
- A member of the ice rink will be assigned to each team in order to count laps
- DJ will provide commentary

Broomball
A cross between ice hockey and field hockey, Broomball is fantastic for team morale. It’s great for corporate events, groups and school bookings, its fun, exciting and gets your heartbeat racing. Broomball is one of our more versatile, yet highly enjoyable and popular activities. Armed with a stick and a helmet the object of the game is to score in the opposition’s goal. No skates are required as you play in your trainers!

It can be played across 1/4 of the ice during one of our public sessions
(see timetable). Exclusive use of the ice is available please call for times
and prices.

Ice Olympics
Ever fancied being an Olympian for the day? A combination of physical fitness and mental agility Ice Olympics is fantastic to develop a range of skills including team spirit and leadership skills. It’s also great for team building days, corporate events and school bookings. This unique event will allow groups to have exclusive use of the ice rink, and the rink team will organise 6 games to stimulate body and mind. There is no minimum requirement on numbers for Ice Olympics and we can accommodate up to 150 people.
This is a really enjoyable way to get all of your colleagues together to battle it out through a real range of different events. Ice Olympics normally takes 2 hours+. You simply wear trainers when you are on the ice.
